We have had a membership with Bob & Ed’s for several years now and have always had a great experience. Our air-conditioning stopped cooling and within hours Chris was out to help fix it. He was very friendly and worked hard to fix everything without overcharging us. I highly recommend Bob & Ed’s as well as Chris! Also, the membership feels very worth it. It’s a clutch thing to have during the hot summer months in Arkansas!

Chris came out today to do a system maintenance on two of my HVAC units. He was very thorough, professional and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a great HVAC company that does great work at a reasonable price, call Bob & Ed's (ask for Chris). You won't be disappointed.

I used Bob & Ed's Heating and Air Conditioning on July 3, 2025. They did a check of my air conditioning unit. They checked all components including the thermostat, drain, refrigerant. He then got out his solution and cleaned the unit thoroughly. Matt was a very nice and jovial guy. Love them!!

Fast, honest, and know what to do to save your aged system, or install a new one. My system went from broken to fully functional within an hour. It was a simple fix, so keep that in mind, but that is still impressive considering that includes the phone call. Keep up the great work people. We appreciate your hard work in the heat and cold. Thanks for saving my family again and again.

I called them at 805 this morning and they were here by noon to diagnose the problem with my A/C and it was fixed by 1. Our technician was friendly and personable and got the A/C fixed in lightning speed. It went from 81 to a nice 73 in here within an hour. They were total lifesavers today!

Wanted to get a maintenance service on my a/c unit. Called this place and they scheduled to come out the next week. Service tech showed up on time and serviced the unit. They also installed a smart thermostat for me. All of this was at a reasonable price. I Will defiantly use them again.

I needed them to fix by dads air and they were so great. My dad is 85 and I was worried and it was very hot. Service is great - my dad in wheel chair and repairman was so polite and help my dad . Thank you for all your kindness

AC quit one day and they were out the next day. Friendly service technicians. Compressor was out and they were able to find one and installed that day.

The technician, Brian identified the issue with our system quickly and completed the repair in just over an hour; our AC was up and running with no further issues.
My only piece of construction criticism is that Bob & Ed's add an online payment option - otherwise they provided great service and will be top of mind for any future repairs or maintenance.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. From Lisa, who schedules, to Bryan, the service tech, they couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, on time etc. Lisa got us on the schedule in short order and followed through with us; Bryan made it through the snowmagddon and went out of his way to help us — two women who were clueless about gas, frozen toilets and more. Thank you Bob & Ed’s.
